AV Festival 10 featured 24 exhibitions across Newcastle, Gateshead, Middlesbrough and Sunderland, including seven UK premieres and ten new commissions.

Exhibitions included work by: Felix Gonzalez-Torres, William McKeown, Liliane Lijn, Charlemagne Palestine, Felix Hess, Alec Finlay, Rhodri Davies, Pe Lang, Kate Rich, Aura Satz with Aleks Kolkowski, Owl Project, artificiel, YoHa, The Gluts, Bruce Conner, Will Schrimshaw, Zilvinas Kempinas, Semiconductor, Simon Fisher Turner, SDNA, John Smith, Amber Films, Mat Fleming, Mark Neville and Bill Fontana.

Exhibitions were delivered in partnership with venues across the region including: BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, mima, Hatton Gallery, Great North Museum, Gallery North, Discovery Museum, Vane, Tyneside Cinema, Tyne Bridge North Tower, Stephenson Works, Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art, Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens, Reg Vardy Gallery, The Place and National Glass Centre.
