This one-day symposium brings together an exceptional range of artists, academics and other industry experts to look at future approaches to living. It will explore the possibility of creating new autonomous infrastructures across energy, trade and transport, offering a space for everyone to contribute to an active dialogue about our futures. Confirmed speakers include:

Alternative Communities Session: Malcolm Miles, Lise Autogena, Nicola Triscott, chair David Butler

Trade Session: Kate Rich, Ashok Sukumaran, chair Sally Jane Norman

Energy Session: HeHe, London Fieldworks (Bruce Gilchrist and Jo Joelson), Bryony Worthington, chair Rob La Frenais

Following the symposium, at 6.30pm, AV Festival 10 and BALTIC present a free lecture by artist Gustav Metzger, booking required.
