NEW OPPORTUNITIES: AV FESTIVAL 2016 TRAINEESHIPS

 

AV Festival is seeking to recruit two new Trainees, who will assist with the production and management of AV Festival 2016.

These full-time, paid opportunities are ideal for individuals who are at an early stage in their career to gain hands on training, experience and professional development. The Trainees will be integral members of our small Festival team, and represent AV Festival in all our public-facing events.

The successful applicants will benefit from on-the-job training in Festival production, curating and management, within a leading cross-artform Festival environment.

  • Festival Coordinator (Trainee): The Festival Coordinator (Trainee) will work alongside the Assistant Director and Festival staff on the planning and delivery of publicity, Front of House operations and event coordination for AV Festival 2016, ensuring that all our visitors, artists and press have a positive experience of the Festival.   • Festival Producer (Trainee): The Festival Producer (Trainee) will work alongside the Head of Programme and Festival staff on the planning, installation, maintenance and staffing of AV Festival 2016 projects, including new commissions, exhibitions, performances and film screenings.
