Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum

This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leading role in the operational management and strategic planning of AVANE and its main activity AV Festival 2010. You will work closely with the Director of AVANE on company policy and business planning, and your main responsibilities will be for financial and operational management, ensuring that the company's resources are managed efficiently for the long term sustainability and success of AV Festival. You will lead on financial management, HR, personnel, stakeholder partnerships, recruitment, contracts and overall administrative management of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management in the cultural sector along with sound financial management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and experience of managing staff and volunteers.
